INGROUND SWIMMING POOL AND SPA WITH PAVILION

This project packs many features in a small space. It includes aesthetic appeal with an L-shaped Latham Pool inground swimming pool with a tanning ledge and a deep-end bench seat. It also includes a raised spa. Swimmers can relax under this custom pavilion with a gas fireplace.

• LATHAM 14” x 34′ x 31′ L-Shape Inground Swimming Pool with 14′ x 7″ tanning ledge step, 1’6″ bench seat in the deep end, pool 7′ deep 4′ pool walls 
• LATHAM – Royal Spillover Spa in Ocean Blue (600 Gallons). This raised outdoor spa features CH40 custom plumbing, 12 jets, 2 hp air blower, and a waterproof lighting system with color changing in the spa. With Westlake cultured stone & smooth concrete cap
