A multi-level modern retreat—designed to elevate, structured to hold. Set on a naturally sloped lot, this backyard used its elevation as inspiration—transformed into a refined, triple-tier outdoor escape where structure meets serenity. At the heart of the design: a 16′ x 36′ inground pool, flanked by a wide tanning ledge and a custom side bench. From the top terrace, a raised spa with oversized ledges spills softly into the pool below—anchoring the entire composition with elevation, movement, and calm. Brushed concrete coping flows throughout, while modern retaining walls and pre-sealed pavers define each tier. Dual automatic covers disappear beneath custom-formed concrete lids, allowing the entire project to remain visually uninterrupted.📐 Project Specifications
